Amidst a global health pandemic in 2020, AmerisourceBergen simultaneously relocated their global headquarters to Conshohocken and relaunched their corporate identity. Their executive leadership team, as part of their rebranding communications strategy, aspired to create a communal space that immersed their clients, staff & the community in their optimistic, new mission - as well as educated visitors on the company's human-forward endeavors through experiential storytelling.
Our solution was a dynamic showcase space within the headquarter's primary circulation hub that supported everything from passive brand exposure to guided tours & training across every facet of the company's global offerings. The hub of the 100k sq/ft Experience Center space was initiated via a multi-user, touch-enabled tabletop which invited guests to discover the ways in which AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora) enables healthier futures, greater pharmaceutical distribution efficiencies, new vertical such as Animal Health & much more. After selecting a starting category, visitors would experience an immersive 'choose your own adventure' style tour across different digital stations as they dove deeper & explored related topics.
To further enhance the digital storytelling touchpoints, the Experience Center featured custom ceiling lighting & wall surfaces that responded to user inputs, time of day & content playlists with dynamic brand colors & ambient animation.
